The Gaming Police Force
We established the first-ever virtual police station inside Minecraft and Roblox to protect children where they spend their time: inside the game.
The Challenge
Cyberbullying, phishing, and online predators are growing threats in the gaming world. Traditional reporting methods feel distant and intimidating to children. The Israel National Cyber Directorate (105) needed a way to bridge the gap and make safety resources accessible, approachable, and integrated directly into the digital lives of youth.
The Solution
We launched the "Gaming Police Force" – a revolutionary initiative that placed real police presence inside the most popular virtual worlds: Minecraft and Roblox.
Instead of asking kids to leave their game to report an issue, we brought the help to them. We constructed fully interactive police stations within these games, staffed by professionals from the 105 Hotline. Players could visit the station, learn about online safety through engaging mini-games, and report incidents in real-time.
